We'll discuss your health concerns and your goals during our conversation. I'll explain my methods and provide an overview of the services and treatments available. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions about my approach or the process itself. This is a completely free and obligation-free opportunity for us to connect and see if we’re a good match. Message, call or email to book for discovery call.
During your first consultation, we will conduct an in-depth health evaluation to gather information about your medical history and current issues. This allows me to develop a customised treatment plan specifically designed to meet your individual needs.
The number and frequency of appointments will be tailored to your specific health needs, with the aim of helping you feel better as quickly as possible. Here’s a general outline of what to expect:

Initial Consultation:

This first meeting is typically the longest, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes, during which I will collect detailed information about your health history and symptoms.

Follow-Up Appointments:

These sessions are generally shorter, lasting around 30 to 60 minutes. At your second appointment, we will review the test results and discuss your personalised treatment plan. You can anticipate tailored herbal, nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle interventions that align with your health needs and goals.

Frequency

Initially, follow-up visits may be scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks. As we see improvements, we can extend the intervals between appointments, potentially to every 2 to 4 months. Since everyone’s situation is different, we will arrange sessions based on your individual circumstances.

Review - Appointments

At this session, we'll track your progress and tweak your treatment plan as needed to propel you towards your health goals.

Maintenance Visits:

For ongoing wellness, most patients opt for check-in appointments 2-3 times a year.

Many clients notice progress within 1-2 weeks however, this can differ based on individual cellular metabolism, particular health conditions, and how well they follow the treatment plan.
The consultation fees are aligned with the thorough and individualised care you will be provided.

Initial Price: $150 for a session lasting up to 60 minutes.

Follow up Price: $100 for up to 45 minutes.

Review

Price: $60 for up to 30 minutes.

In my practice, I provide various therapies such as naturopathy, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle changes, and one-on-one coaching, all backed by scientific research. Additionally, I offer skincare solutions.
Naturopathy is ideal for individuals seeking to tackle health concerns using natural and holistic methods. It is especially helpful for those wanting to explore options beyond pharmaceutical treatments or for those who haven't found complete relief with conventional approaches.
Absolutely, naturopathic care can work alongside conventional treatments. I partner with other healthcare professionals to provide a unified approach to your health, improving your overall care.
Western herbal medicine refers to the use of plants and plant extracts for therapeutic purposes, grounded in traditional practices and modern research. It focuses on the healing properties of native and cultivated herbs in Western countries, aiming to improve health and treat various conditions. Practitioners often consider the whole person—physical, emotional, and environmental factors—when recommending herbal remedies. This approach may include the use of tinctures, teas, capsules, and topical applications, emphasising the balance between natural remedies and conventional medical practices.

You can usually continue your conventional medical treatments while using Western herbal medicine. It's important to let both your herbal and regular healthcare providers know about all the treatments you're using to avoid any interactions and ensure safe care.

Testing tailored to your specific health requirements may involve:
Similar to those found in conventional medicine, these include blood and urine tests, as well as hormone panels that evaluate a variety of bodily functions.
This type of assessment focuses on how well different body systems operate, rather than just identifying diseases. Examples include tests for digestive health, detoxification ability, and nutrient levels.
These tests help identify any food intolerances or allergies that could be impacting your health.
Often utilised to evaluate hormone levels or cortisol, which can provide insights into stress and adrenal function
Naturopathy stands apart from conventional medicine in several significant ways:
Naturopathy views the body as an interconnected whole, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of illness rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
Naturopaths prioritize preventive measures and lifestyle changes to promote long-term well-being.
Treatment typically involves natural solutions such as herbs, supplements, and dietary adjustments, rather than reliance on pharmaceutical drugs
Naturopathy encourages patients to educate themselves and actively participate in their health decisions through lifestyle and dietary choices.
Naturopathic care is highly individualised, contrasting with the more uniform treatment methods commonly found in conventional medicine.
I am committed to offering holistic preconception and pregnancy care that prioritises both your health and that of your baby. During a consultation, you'll receive a personalised wellness plan tailored to your unique menopause experience. We will focus on safe, natural treatments to help manage symptoms and promote long-term health benefits. This holistic approach aims to empower you to navigate this transformative phase with confidence and vitality.
A holistic approach offers personalised strategies to enhance gut health, including tailored dietary plans, natural supplements, and lifestyle changes. We will assess your specific needs and may recommend probiotics, fiber rich foods, and stress management techniques. Improving gut health can lead to better digestion, increased energy, and overall well-being.
Emsella treatment is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, regardless of the type of incontinence. It has a 95% success rate in improving urinary continence. However, those who are pregnant or have metal implants or devices may not be eligible for this treatment.
Holistic treatments for incontinence focus on addressing the root causes and improving overall well-being. These may include Emsella sessions, personalised exercise programs to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, dietary adjustments to reduce bladder irritants, and stress management techniques. I will create a tailored plan to manage symptoms effectively and enhance your quality of life.
